Since 10 August 2021, we are a GmbH
After more than 20 years as a non-listed AG (German public limited company) since 2000, we have now changed our legal form to a GmbH (German limited liability company). The main reason is organisational simplicity. Share capital, ownership, staff and management remain unchanged. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank our long-standing supervisory board members
